Experience
3 to 5 years in technical support or IT support, preferably in an e-commerce or software environment
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Magento, WooCommerce) and web technologies

Additional Requirements
Age between 25 to 40 years
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of technical documentation

Responsibilities & Context
Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and issues related to platform functionality and performance.
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve platform stability.
Assist customers in configuring and optimizing their e-commerce websites for better performance and user experience.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential issues before they impact users.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
Train customers on platform features and functionalities to enhance their understanding and utilization of the e-commerce system.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve support services and platform capabilities.
Provide feedback to product teams regarding common customer issues and feature requests to inform product development.

Preferred Qualifications
Should have bachelor degree from Englinnering background
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
Experience with ticketing systems and customer support software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
