Job Overview:
THT-Space Electrical Company Ltd. is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Support Officer. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing online assistance to international customers regarding our printer products and resolving any related issues.
Note: This is a remote-based night shift position. Applicants must be mentally prepared and capable of working night hours from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers via online platforms by providing product information and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to printers.
- Maintain professional communication in both written and spoken English.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Skills & Experience:
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Good typing speed (20–30 words per minute).
- Prior experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
