Proven experience in managing online retail operations, logistics, and supply chain management

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
Responsibilities & Context
Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
Manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align operational activities with business goals.
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain processes.

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Should have bachelor degree in any background
Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies
Familiarity with data analytics tools and e-commerce metrics
Strong leadership and project management skills
