Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand offline channel distribution and increase market share.
Identify and establish relationships with potential retail partners and distributors to enhance sales performance.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize channel strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales in offline channels.
Train and support sales teams and channel partners to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, outlining performance and opportunities for growth.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and strengthen relationships with partners.

Preferred Qualifications
Should be bachelor holder
Experience in consumer goods, electronics, or FMCG industries
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools
